We are looking for an experienced General Manager for our beautiful student property in Waco, TX. We would like to fill this position as soon as possible and we are looking for qualified candidates interested in relocating if necessary.
The General Manager is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of real estate assets to maximize the owner's financial return and for the benefit of the residents, consumers and the community. This is accomplished by direction and coordination of the center's operational activities, leasing, marketing, and overall day-to-day property operations. This requirement represents the property owner to both the residents and the public.
