Administrator - Nursing Home

Salary: $130K *based on experience*

Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Must have OH Administrator license
• Must have 5 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• A medical background in nursing or therapy is strongly preferred
• Proven Leadership & Management skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
• Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position.
• Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork.
• Interpret the facilities policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and governmental agencies, etc.. as necessary in accordance to board approved practice.
