At Coldwell Banker Residential Property Management, we're in search of an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and online inquiries about our properties and services.
- Schedule viewing appointments for our leasing agents, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for potential clients.
- Process applications diligently and maintain consistent communication with applicants.
- Manage transitional duties for properties, including utility transfers and scheduling of rekeying.
- Responsible for the handling of all incoming and outgoing property keys.
- Update and manage property listings on our company database (Appfolio), Craigslist, MLS, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain and update our website with the latest marketing information.
- Keep an accurate and updated inventory of marketable properties.
- Coordinate marketing efforts including mass mailings and tenant correspondence.
- Order office supplies as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
- Develop an understanding of various office roles to provide adequate support and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Submission of a cover letter along with your resume.
- Completion of the Problem Solving analysis on really.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Property management experience and familiarity with Appfolio (preferred but optional).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Dropbox, Google Suite, Google Calendar & Email.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and critical thinking skills.
- A focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Applicnt that are Bilingual and have had previous property management experience is advantageous.
