Candidate must live within a 20 mile radius of Portland in order to be available for on-call emergencies and snow management as needed. Experience plowing or operating a small loader a plus. After hours on-call employees receive additional pay even if there are no calls and a 2 hour minimum at time and a half for emergency calls.
