    • Identify, review, and summarize impact evidence (with a focus on cost-effectiveness) to develop evidence-based conclusions about the cost-effectiveness of interventions that USAID Operating Units might consider to achieve development outcomes.
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the Agency; cultivate demand for evidence-based recommendations to inform activity design among relevant stakeholders; use these relationships to provide timely, evidence-based recommendations.
    • Remain aware of the current state of evidence, and critical gaps, in one or more sectors relevant for USAID; participate in internal or external knowledge communities to track emerging trends; engage researchers to understand new evidence or gaps.
    • Implement and adapt Office-wide strategies to encourage evidence-informed decision-making across USAID; understand Agency-wide processes and systems which shape program design; identify challenges to using evidence, and identify potential solutions.
    • Manage a portfolio of projects with different stakeholders, while tracking progress and adapting to challenges; track and communicate work status and coordinate effectively with teammates across the Office and in other B/IOs.
