We are looking for a responsible Assistant Property Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of one of our Property Managers for a portfolio of clients. Following are a number of various responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, sending/receiving emails daily, making/receiving phone calls, taking direction from the Property Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, MS Word and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
