The Residential Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, sales, and customer relationship management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Oversee the marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants
- Conduct property tours and process rental applications
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices

- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Proficient in Google Suite
