We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. As a construction laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to:

- Loading and unloading materials

- Operating hand and power tools

- Assisting skilled tradespeople

- Cleaning and preparing construction sites

- Following safety protocols and procedures

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

- Strong work ethic and team player mentality

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
