JOB SUMMARY
A Property Managers main responsibility is the day-to-day management of all assigned properties within their assigned portfolio. These responsibilities include but are not limited to items such as tenant communication, maintenance of the property, and light property owner communication. Property Managers must maintain oversight on each property by investigating and resolving tenant requests, enforcing rules of occupancy and terms of lease, maintaining property upkeep and consistent occupancy.
