Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Lawn mowing and landscape.
• Snow removal.
• Perform residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facility.

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
• Basic HVAC skills.
• Basic electrical skills.
