This position will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, RFQ, RFP etc.) response (seller side) while assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal.

Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
• Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from business development, marketing, project teams, finance, commercial, and preconstruction.
• Responsible for the development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and present results to management.
• Complete and submit documents to the appropriate departments.
• Detail oriented, technical and task focused.
• Manage process associated with client procurement and proposal response systems.
• Prepares and manages proposal production schedule, to include coordinating final production, word processing, graphics, and copy services personnel.
• Assist Contracts in analyzing the RFP / bid requirements against the proposal outline or where no RFP exists ensure compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs.
• Assist in performing Proposal / Pricing Kick-offs

Qualifications :

• Self-starter capable of identifying challenges, responding to issues, and proactively implementing effective solutions with limited supervision.
• Proposal Management experience required in the Commercial Construction Industry.
• SharePoint or similar experience
• Advanced MS Word / PowerPoint skills & proficient in MS Office / Adobe
• Proposal automation software (or similar) experience.
• Strong time management / prioritization skills.
• Communicate and influence at a senior level.
• Strong written English language skills.

Education / Experience :

• 5 years of proposal writing for competitive bids.
• Minimum of College Degree required.
