Provider Contracting Director jobs in Bismarck, ND

Job Summary: Supervises and Coordinates the activities of construction workers.  May work under the direction of a construction superintendent.  Directs activities of workers concerned with the construction of buildings, dams, highways, pipelines, and other construction projects.  Oversees various construction foremen.

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be able to read and interpret job plans and specs.
• Must be able to schedule subcontractors.
• Must be able to oversee other employees and related trades.
• Order necessary materials and supplies to complete your job task.
• Must be able to make day to day decisions concerning projects.
• Must be able to load and unload construction material.
• Must be able to set and remove form work and do other related tasks.
• Must be physically capable.
• Must be able to perform light duty maintenance.
• Must be able to operate power tools.
• Must be able to place concrete in forms
• Must be able to lift 100 plus pounds

Other Job Functions:

• Must be able to maintain proper housekeeping and yard maintenance.
• Must be able to perform other job descriptions such as construction carpenter, cement finisher, iron worker and other construction tasks assigned by employer or supervisor.

Essential Job Requirement – Qualifications:

• Must be in physical working condition
• Valid drivers license is necessary.
