    POSITION DISCRIPTION:   

    As a Provider Network Development Manager, this role is responsible for expanding our network of provider practices and infusion management groups by selling our eBlu platform. The Provider Network Development Manager will generate leads, qualify prospects, and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and sales strategies. This role will work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to identify and target provider practices.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Provider Network Development Manager will consist of calling on prospects and building relationships with provider practices to sell our eBlu platform and services
    • Serve as a resource for all providers in a variety of markets, in particular, large and key strategic groups and health systems, and national arrangements
    • This position will manage prospects throughout the sales process as well as be prepared to present eBlu Solutions services over the phone and in person 
    • 50% Travel to provider practices as well as trade shows throughout the year to grow the eBlu Network 
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Work closely with the appropriate Provider Relations Success Manager for further development and closure of qualified opportunities.
    • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
    •  Provider Network Development Manager will research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations
    • Team with Channel Partners to build pipelines and close deals
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects / Perform product demos
    • Engaging in phone sales 
    • Conducting market research 
    • Providing client upsell and support 

    Requirements

    Required Experience:   

    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Self-starter requiring low level of supervision
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
    • Research Skills
    • Bachelors required, but may consider a combo of education and work experience
    • General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs and database elements and functionality; operational policies and processes
    • Sharp, flexible, with exceptional time management skills 
    • Proficient in Internet research 
    • Experience working in an autonomous environment with a demonstrated ability to organize, take initiative, lead, and follow-up with minimal supervision
    • Ability to think, work independently, and make decisions, while adhering to company standards and guidelines
    • Must have great interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication
    • Experience in presenting to executives, healthcare administrators, providers, and external stakeholders
    • Ability to grasp and articulate complex ideas 
    • 4 years of professional experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, Payer & Provider Relations, or a related field

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

    • SaaS Sales experience 
    • Solution Selling experience 
    • Healthcare market experience
    • Knowledge of drug reimbursement issues
    • Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 
    • Computer skills 
    • Ability to resolve problems independently 
    • Adaptable to changing priorities as needed

    PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT: 

    • Ability to travel – must have a valid driver's license
    • Noise level in the work environment is moderate
    • Ability to maintain focus under high levels of pressure/multiple priorities.
