Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our Remodeling Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and remodeling, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for daily interactions with Lead Foreman, Material Suppliers, Design Team and Customers for the purpose of managing remodeling projects by way of "on time" and "on budget", while keeping the end goal of transforming customers residential homes through renovations, ensuring that all projects meet client specifications and industry standards.
Duties
- Receive and audit New Project Files from our in house Design Team.
- Schedule and execute remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces.
- Oversee Foreman during the entire remodeling process from site prep through completion and final inspections.
- Utilize production planning and management techniques (and software) to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Work with Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and tools.
- Conduct continuous improvement assessments to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all projects.
- Provide regular weekly project updates and reports to General Manager.
Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction.
- Familiarity with operations management principles related to the construction industry.
- Knowledge of production management practices and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to help troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
