HOURS/DESIRED SCHEDULE

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 10AM-2PM
• Summer hours

PAY

• $7.06 per hour

TASKS

• Spending time with the youth in your home or the community
• Assist youth in building life skills
• Assist youth in building confidence and independence

REQUIREMENTS*

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Criminal/Caregiver background check
• Compassionate individual with care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable transportation w. ability to transport child

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.06 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Chippewa Falls, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
