    HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Provider Network Coordinator to fill an opening with a fortune 30 company in Louisiana.

    Daily Responsibilities for Field Provider Network Coordinator:
    • Technical Task: Provider Engagement improvement leads to increased provider satisfaction and access, as well as an improved member experience. All the above have a material impact on Quality scores, Growth and Margin improvement.
    • Soft Task: Weekly provider visits face to face virtually or in person, proactive preparation for visits and documentation
    • Shift: m/f 8-5. Hybrid near Baton Rouge or New Orleans
    Required Qualifications for Field Provider Network Coordinator:
    • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma ok if they have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Years of Experience within Industry: 3 years of provider relations, provider claims, or provider contracting experience
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Medicare CMS Guidelines for billing
    • Strong computer skills, Excel expert level



    Preferred Qualifications for Field Provider Network Coordinator:
    • Certifications: Understanding or risk management and HEDIS measures
    • Claims/billing/coding knowledge
