Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

This position will assist with the warehousing and pre-configuration of telecommunications equipment in the Reno area. Primary duties include opening boxes, installing equipment into racks, safely powering on and configuring the software on the devices, then re-boxing the equipment for shipment.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Opening boxes to retrieve the equipment.

· Install the equipment into a rack.

· Power on the equipment.

· Establish network connectivity with the equipment.

· Execute scripts to configure the device to load the software and configuration.

· Record and capture the results.

· Re-pack the device in the box and prepare for shipment.

Educational Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Associates degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, or equivalent experience

Inventory Specialist Requirements:

· Must have valid drivers license

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

· Experience in warehouse inventory logistics preferred.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience, warehousing, logistics, or similar.

· Ability to lift 50lbs.

· Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

· Good computer skills

· Attention to detail

· Must be in Reno, NV area

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
