This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at The Peterson Provisioning Co. in Plaistow, NH. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, food and beverage management, and ensuring food quality. The Kitchen Manager will also be involved in culinary management and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the kitchen.
