Client & Public Relations Specialist (1677746) $17-20 per hour

Roseburg, OR

Part-Time; Temporary w/ the opportunity for ongoing work

Be part of a rapidly growing Southern Oregon firm, that places excellent client services, community engagement, and creativity to the forefront of its mission; must take professional growth and development seriously.

Daily Workflow:

» Attend weekly networking and one-to-one meetings in Douglas County

» Follow up with new and existing clients via phone, email, and USPS

» Set up appointments

» Maintain databases, files, social media, and website

» Work with and set up emails

» Support client relationships

» Assist in webinars and workshops in Southern Oregon

» Drive personal vehicle to meetings

We’re Seeking:

» Outgoing, energetic, and devoted

» Public speaking capabilities

» Strong communication skills

» Professional in appearance and demeanor

» Outgoing, friendly, helpful, energetic, and devoted

» General marketing skills including proper grammar and spelling

» Must pass a background check, drug test(THC ok) and DMV records check

Schedule:

» 10 hours/week semi-flexible with a goal to increase hours
