Purchasing Coordinator jobs in Racine, WI

• Review daily reorder searches and make purchasing decisions for company webstores
• Place purchase orders in NetSuite and liaise with vendors for timely delivery to Overture’s warehouse
• Collaborate with sales to establish special ordering rules for specific clients and incorporate upcoming promotions or seasonal trends into reorder plans
• Coordinate with internal and external decorators to ensure adherence to Overture’s instructions for Purchase Orders
• Manage item reordering needs and maintain updated reorder searches
• Address operational issues promptly, including backorders, stock problems, and inventory transfers
• Generate ad-hoc reports for sales and clients regarding inventory levels and item movement
• Learn to independently pull and modify reports, such as adding filters or columns
• Regularly communicate with Senior Management to discuss operational challenges and suggest process improvements for a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with various teams including Webstore Development, Customer Service, and Sales to stay informed about upcoming projects and resolve issues as they arise

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking ability for order analysis
• Initiative, confidence, and willingness to ask questions
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, particularly MS Excel
