This Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the 1800Flowers Food Brands Quality Assurance Department responsible for Vendor Management. The Sr. QA Coordinator will support all phases of the Vendor Lifecycle process including but not limited to new vendor onboarding, approval, activation, deactivation, product testing, inspection, compliance, Vendor Portal Management (e.g., Trace Gains, Intertek Data Link, SGS Asnap, UL Path Analytics, other hosted Portal), Track and Trend Data, create dash boards and score cards of vendors and 3rd Party Service Providers and communication of results to stakeholders.
The Sr. QA Coordinator must possess skills to multitask, work as part of a team and independently, and the ability to implement initiatives to accomplish Quality Assurance goals as set by Quality Assurance Management.
The Sr. QA Coordinator must possess the ability to work well with and across diverse groups while collaborating beyond organizational boundaries. They should understand the dynamics of working with various cultures across various time zones and countries. The Sr. QA Coordinator will handle Ingredient Suppliers, Co-Manufacturer, Warehouses, and Co-packers.
