Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the satisfaction and safety of our customers.

Duties:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee all aspects of quality control, including quality inspections, audits, and testing
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality systems and processes
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality assurance best practices
- Lead quality management projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or related field
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, CGMP regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits
- Familiarity with fabricating processes and quality control in manufacturing environments
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
