    Position Summary:

    If you have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, proven knowledge of myCOI client service operations, an ability to deliver exceptional service and a well rounded understanding of myCOI Central, you may be an ideal candidate for this position. Within this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and delivering standard audit processes for all customer accounts, working with key stakeholders, supporting and elevating the quality of service delivered during peak business timeframes, and improving the overall time to value for myCOI Customers.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Maintain current knowledge of commercial lines insurance trends and topics
    • Follow standardized procedures outlined for insurance topics across all care and compliance team members
    • Audit the work of compliance coordinators and customer care specialists for accuracy, efficiency and overall service quality
    • Collaborate and correspond with internal and external audiences to improve service quality, registration and compliance percentages across all customer accounts
    • Contribute to the development of improvement initiatives by considering audit findings, data and other learnings
    • Provide ongoing feedback to support the professional development of compliance resolution teams
    • Lead by example during peak business timeframes
    • Contribute to a myCOI defender environment by modeling myCOI Core Values

    Required Knowledge & Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience with Commercial Lines Insurance, including but not limited to interpreting commercial insurance forms and endorsements
    • Excellent listening, speaking and writing communication skills
    • Exemplary customer service skills, both verbal and written
    • Highly motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills to plan and execute a self-directed schedule
    • Strong ability to analyze oral and written information for educational training themes
    • Possess a commitment and perseverance to continuously learn and improve
    • Creative and innovative thinker
    • Proven success delivering quality initiatives with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask/prioritize
    • Demonstrated problem-resolution skills with strong dedication to overall individual and client success
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
