Manager, E-Discovery Support

About the Role

As the Manager of eDiscovery support, you will be responsible for supporting CLCA’s eDiscovery hosting platforms, OmniX, Viewpoint, and Relativity. Your responsibility is to provide the best customer experience for users, both internal and external. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms. You will work closely with various teams such as Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure. Also work closely with vendors in supporting our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support large enterprise customer with a very demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, AD, MFA, and SQL Servers.
• Pick up new eDiscovery technology to provide the best support to our customers.
• Drive and collaborate with other teams to get things done.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
• Relativity server 2-4 years of supporting role.
• REL One support a plus.
• eDiscovery industry experience.
• Good understanding of general technologies such as Windows Desktop, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills. Can create any necessary documentation for users.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
• Be proactive and don’t wait to be told to do things.

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

• Supported eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $70,400-$77,000.
