Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Your expertise in quality assurance and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Analyze product specifications and technical drawings to ensure compliance
- Utilize various measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other precision instruments
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformities
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and guidelines, and other relevant industry standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, CMM, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
