Quality Control Analyst performs various scientific analyses to evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods and ensure compliance with established standards. Conducts and validates various biological and chemical quality control (QC) assays. Being a Quality Control Analyst compiles, interprets, and documents statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations. May be responsible for establishing specifications for conducting assays and writing standard operating procedures. Additionally, Quality Control Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Quality Control Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for verification of units placed on project work by both internal and external OSP placing crews.
• Identify construction installations that do not meet Wire 3 specifications
• Review drawings and finalize as-builts for final records
• Communicate project risks to the Construction Manager as they arise.
• Assists in implementing project/program plans as assigned
•Work directly with Field Supervisors on areas of completion and inspection ready segments of construction
• Provides documentation, reports, and information to Regional Management as directed.
• Utilizes the established company tracking methods and systems to report crew productivity for reporting weekly job progress on the work.
• Requires extensive walking, bending, and lifting of 50 lbs.
• Computer skills with Excel and Word are required.
