Collaborate with production teams to optimize turning procedures for improved productivity and quality.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of quality control checks and turning processes, including any deviations or issues encountered.
Generate reports summarizing quality performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Training and Development:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality control is a plus.
Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in textiles or bags.
Familiarity with turning processes and equipment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
