Location: 100% In-Person - Cincinnati, OH

Position Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for overseeing all products entering the warehouse and ensuring that they meet product specifications and completing frequent audits of items within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing all incoming and received product for compliance to product specification
• Ability to pull a sampling of a product population as per requirements
• Communicate the findings of the audit both written and verbally to management
• Maintain records of all items coming into the warehouse and make note of any discrepancies
• Maintain communications with QC liaison team members
• Coordinate with the warehouse management team to pull and return samplings for auditing
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Adheres to safety and promotes safe work practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previously warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic language written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understandings of garments and stitching preferred
• Understand how to read and use a tape measure
• Able to record findings and understand dimensional tolerances and terms relative to measurements and standards preferred
• Fundamental phone and email skills to communicate issues with supervisors and team members

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching
• Continuous lifting/carrying of 25 lbs. or more up to 50 lbs.
• Positional: Frequent standing and walking
• Gross Mobility: Climbing, frequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation.
