Summary

Quality Control managers are responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Their job description entails setting and implementing internal/external quality requirements to ensure company products/services meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment.

· Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.

· Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

· Working according to deadline for the delivery of products

· Assisting all managers in the line of production practices to ensure safety, and quality assessment of goods.

· Working with all managers to prevent workplace accidents and to create a safe working environment.

· Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.

· Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.

· Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for the product problems.

· Collects and evaluates production samples, ensuring that materials and products meet acceptable quality and integrity standards.

· Coordinates employee efforts to ensure efficient production and manufacturing lines.

· Drafts and implements policies and procedures to improve the manufacturing process and the quality of goods produced.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 5 years of experienced in related field within a manufacturing and production environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodology

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills

· Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software
