Location: Rogers, MN

Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Salary: $55,000 – 73,000/yr., DOE

Job duties of the quality control manager:

• Be knowledgeable of quality policy
• Oversee and maintain company quality records
• Perform functions as quality inspector as needed
• Assist training employees
• Own, manage, and maintain the growth of the ISO quality system
• Own and manage completed paperwork, and packet for new tools/parts prior to the start of a new job run
• Oversee quality part checks and daily recordings
• Perform FA’s, PPAP, and CP K Studies as needed
• Answer questions from customers about new products
• Proper handling of rejected parts/materials
• Own and manage a budget for the QC department

Requirements of the quality control manager:

• High school diploma and technical college training preferred
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T
• Advanced knowledge using quality inspecting tools
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Read and understand blueprints
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Detailed orientated
• Self-motivated and a fast learner
• Must be able to maintain data privacy and confidentiality
• Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
