Solvus Global is looking for a Quality Manager who wants to help our team execute and implement testing, inspections, and other various evaluation methods to ensure that Solvus Global’s products adhere to both company and industry standards. This individual will work directly with internal engineering staff and external customers to ensure that our team is delivering the best possible product that we can, particularly focused on large format 3D printing technologies and additive manufacturing. This individual will be responsible for managing all quality related activities, which may include writing and maintaining standard work, drafting quality manuals, implementing procedures for calibrating equipment, maintaining documentation for ISO audits, as well as incorporating lean manufacturing practices and optimizing production flow. One of the first areas of focus will be on working with the broader team to apply for AS9100 certification (currently in progress). This person should be self-motivated and capable of independently delivering value, but also leading teams and mentoring others in the lab. The expectation is that this person should be able to wear many hats and enjoys working across various technology & industry sectors.
