Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracks and submits licensing requirements and renewals for all locations.
Compiles data as requested or needed for licensing, accreditations, contracts and/or meetings. Implements administrative systems to improve workflow efficiency and monitors projects as needed.
Establishes and maintains an action plan to improve clinic measures scores.
Contributes in managing policy updates and renewals.
Coordinates, completes, and updates management on clinical quality metrics and results.
Complete record compliance, audits and compiles data for tracking and monitoring.
Monitor and upload data related to contractual outcome requirements.
Assists with distribution and compilation of surveys.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Extensive Microsoft software knowledge and proficiency, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Access.
Demonstrates problem solving, leadership, conflict management and team building skills to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals.
Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals/objectives.
Coordinates data deliverables. Completes all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Years of Experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in behavioral health or prior quality improvement, data management experience required. Experience in quality management and data tracking and analysis preferred. Experience in compliance audits preferred.
