An exciting opportunity is now available for a Nurse Director Quality and Performance Improvement in a Western Washington Medical Center.

The Nurse Director Quality and Performance Improvement will report to the Chief Nursing Officer, and will oversee a team of Infection Preventionists, Quality Improvement Specialists, data analysts and a peer review coordinators. The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Experience will develop metrics in quality and patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and acts as an expert resource for all hospital departments. 

The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Experience Services will be responsible for organizational improvements and quality measures for all aspects of the hospital and associated outpatient facilities. The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Experience will be in charge of the development and measuring of various clinical quality metrics, and quality improvement initiatives.

The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Safety will be part of a large and stable healthcare organization, which is known throughout the region for providing the highest level of care with a commitment to quality and patient safety metrics.

The Quality Nurse Director Quality Services will have administrative oversite of the development and implementation of the hospitals quality and performance improvement program.
