Job Overview: The Manager of Clinical Operations position will be responsible for developing and overseeing the delivery of therapeutic services at the SMSC’s Healing Center, a 40-bed facility which is under development to provide culturally relevant services, as a result of Health Challenges, to members of Minnesota’s four Dakota tribes. This will include the development and maintenance of CD and Mental Health therapeutic curriculum based on White Bison Wellbriety for an anticipated 90-day residential length of stay as well as aftercare curriculum. Ongoing responsibilities after opening will include providing direct patient care group/individual therapy and supervision of the delivery of therapeutic services by other therapists, including reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness. The Manager of Clinical Operations will work with other disciplines to ensure services and documentation support high quality, evidence-based, and culturally relevant care, and meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
