Quality Program Manager jobs in Erie, PA

TAPCO is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality control and assurance procedures.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to create and finalize the specifications for their desired product.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality- related issues.
-Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Quality Engineering functions like APQP , PPAPs , FMEA and 8Ds.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field , along with several years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills are also essential.
