The Racing and Sports Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Role Description

    Social Media Manager (Remote)

    Full-time

    Are you passionate about racing, tech, and turning heads on social media? As the Social Media Manager for Code19 Racing, you’ll be the voice and digital pulse of our brand. We’re looking for someone with a flair for storytelling, who can drive engagement, build our fanbase, and spotlight the amazing tech we’re developing – both on and off the track. From AI-powered cars to drone racing, your mission is to capture the thrill, innovation, and excitement of Code19 Racing and share it with the world.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Create and curate content that brings our tech-savvy, high-speed world to life across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Develop and execute a social media strategy that accelerates our audience growth, focusing on fan engagement, brand awareness, and autonomous racing innovation.
    • Manage the day-to-day of our social platforms – posting, responding to fans, and keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends.
    • Collaborate with our racing and engineering teams to showcase the latest in AI, drone racing, and autonomous vehicle tech.
    • Plan and run campaigns around key events like race days, product launches, and major tech developments to drive excitement and engagement.
    • Analyze performance metrics to continually optimize content strategy and ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
    • Engage with our community – from hardcore racing fans to tech enthusiasts – fostering conversations and growing brand loyalty.

    • Qualifications
    • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within tech, motorsports, or a related field.
    • A natural storyteller with a passion for emerging tech and a strong understanding of AI, autonomous systems, and high-performance racing.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow online communities and drive engagement through innovative content.
    • Experience with analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) and a knack for interpreting data to tweak and improve strategies.
    • Creative flair and the ability to produce visually engaging content (bonus if you have experience with graphic design or video editing tools).
    • A love for fast-paced environments and the ability to pivot quickly based on trends, race results, and tech developments.
