Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the sports bar, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Train and mentor bar staff on customer service and product knowledge
- Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:

- Proficiency in Aloha POS system preferred
- Previous experience as a cook or in the food industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of catering services is a plus
- Strong background in hospitality management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and train staff effectively
- Passion for coffee or culinary arts
