    Disciplinary Action: Enforce disciplinary action, when necessary, in alignment with organizational policies, and maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken.

    Financial Management: Manage daily copay collections and oversee physicians’ schedules to ensure efficient operation and revenue generation.

    Facility Maintenance: Maintain the appearance and functionality of the waiting room, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for patients.

    Patient Flow: Monitor patient check-in and check-out processes, keeping patients informed of any delays and optimizing flow for efficiency.

    Support and Flexibility: Provide hands-on support to the front office team as needed, including assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and general administrative tasks.

    Leadership Meetings: Lead or participate in periodic staff meetings, disseminating important information and fostering a culture of collaboration and communication.

    Professional Development: Attend relevant training sessions and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

    Location Flexibility: Be prepared to work at different office locations as required, supporting operational needs across our network.
