Anduzzi's Sports Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back of House Manager to join our team. The Back of House Manager will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to Anduzzi's Sports Club's standards of quality and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, handling, and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Implement and enforce procedures to maximize kitchen efficiency and productivity.
• Uphold Anduzzi's Sports Club's values and standards of excellence in all interactions with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar environment.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation, and flavor profiles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with certification in food handling and sanitation preferred.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
