We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Controls Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects with a team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing control systems for various applications. This role requires extensive experience with PLC, HMI, Allen Bradley, Siemens, and ABB.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement control systems (PLC, HMI, Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB) to meet customer requirements. 2. Troubleshoot and repair issues with existing control systems. 3. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and test procedures. 5. Provide technical support and training to end-users. 6. Conduct system testing to ensure performance and reliability. 7. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in control engineering. 8. Actively participate in safety and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with PLC, HMI, Allen Bradley, Siemens, and ABB. 3. Strong knowledge of control system theory and applications. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in programming and debugging control systems. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. 8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9. A strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations. 10. Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies and methods.
