A leading critical access hospital located in west Texas is now seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This critical access location boasts just under 20-beds and offers a full spectrum of acute care services. This location currently offers a number of services including cardiovascular, emergency, imaging and laboratory, surgical, respiratory, and rehabilitation services.

Reporting to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, the Radiologic Technologist Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the imaging department. The Radiologic Technologist Supervisor will provide training to imaging staff, assist with department recruitment and onboarding, enhance patient satisfaction and safety, monitor radiology procedures, maintain accurate records and files accordingly, work collaboratively with other departments, and provide direct patient care as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Prior leadership experience in diagnostic imaging setting
