Rate Analyst monitors, reviews, and evaluates service rates and charges for various public utilities. Calculates cost-of-service and performs related rate analysis. Being a Rate Analyst ensures filings comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of business administration or related field. Additionally, Rate Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Rate Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Property Management company is hiring for a full time Maintenance Team Member (coordinator). This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch. Some weekend/overtime work during peak times.

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Help tenants troubleshoot maintenance stuff over the phone
    • Make and send work orders to vendors
    • Owner communication with work orders and other maintenance related issues
    • Monthly exterior property inspections
    • Helping answering phones for maintenance related calls
    • Schedule and conduct turnover inspections
    • Check keys in and out to vendors
    • Follow up and inspect complete work as needed
    • Follow up with tenants once repairs are complete to ensure satisfaction

    Also assist with maintenance invoicing when needed

    Qualifications:

    • Current Driver’s license, good driving record and current insurance.
    • Basic office skills: copy, fax machine, multiline phone etc.
    • Computer Skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Google Docs and able to learn new software
    • Customer service experience: being able to follow directions, organized, detail oriented, accurate, punctual, driven, ability to work independently, good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

    Bilingual is a plus
