ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Work under general direction from senior management
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Servers and NextGen EHR applications and upgrades
• Develop and maintain NextGen customizations and defaults
• Resolve NextGen Issues tickets
• Develop, maintain and assist in the management of other corporate databases (MS SQL Server)
• Plan, organize and implement work activities on multiple concurrent data management projects
• Maintain schema, definitions, and dictionary of company databases
• Provide database support for activities, projects, services and processes
• Ensure backup, recovery, and reorganization of the databases in the event of systems failure
• Monitor performance and needs relating to database access and maintenance; resolve and/or document problems
• Perform data analysis and complex reporting
• Develop and maintain corporate intranet dynamic web pages
• Document all database related development and NextGen customizations

SCHEDULED HOURS:  Monday-Friday – 8 hour workdays.  Must be able to work flexible times. Remote work environment may be considered.
