• 0-2 years of experience
• B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field is require
• Proficiency in TNM 2.5, Microstation, AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS (ArcMap, 3D Analyst, and Spatial Analyst) is preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal (FHWA) noise policies and procedures are a huge plus
• Excellent communications skills and technical writing skills are a must
