Compensation Range: This is a commission only position. The average full-time real estate broker/agent earns over $50,000 annually up to $300,000.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Chicago residential buyers, sellers and renters.
• Receive and close a high volume of leads, referrals and co-lists
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
• Host open houses
• Prepare market analysis to help clients determine property value
• Consult clients through the real estate process

Qualifications:

• Full-time or part-time
• Licensed IL real estate broker or real estate agent
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Real Estate Sales or Newly Licensed Agents with strong desire and work ethic.
• Best in class work ethic
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and individually
