Haleiwa Office Manager
Locally owned real estate firm with office in Haleiwa seeks highly organized and detail-oriented, full-time office manager to handle day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Looking for an honest, financially responsible team player with strong written and verbal communications skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and knowledge of general accounting practices.

Compensation includes salary, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, and holidays. Our full-service brokerage firm offers home sales and property management services on the North Shore and Leeward Coast.

Minimum requirements:

• high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• registered vehicle
• clean criminal/credit background
• administrative support and bookkeeping experience
• bookkeeping experience
• solid computer technology skills (Microsoft Office required)
• bonus points for Quickbooks and PropertyWare software skills
• a desire to help team members be successful
• available for in-person interview
• must be bondable (credit and criminal background check required).

Duties include:

• supporting our team of employee property managers, principal broker, part-time accountant and independent contractor sales agents
• posting rents to tenant ledgers and depositing in bank account
• administrative tasks - answering phone, scanning and uploading documents, opening mail, greeting walk-in visitors
• paying bills and entering them into our bookkeeping software
• communicating with property owners and tenants
• entering leases and other data into property management software
• posting for-rent ads to websites
• creating reports from software
• managing sales transactions for independent contractors and employee agents
• auditing files for compliance.

Reports to:
Principal broker with additional supervision by accountant

Job Type: Full-time
