Typically reports to a manager or head of unit/department. Being a Real Estate Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Summary of Role
Three Sixty has an exciting opportunity for a new Real Estate Development Analyst to join our growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and assessing project feasibility, conduct financial modeling, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate finance, financial modeling, proforma development, market analysis, and accounting processes. Our new team member will have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, organizational abilities, be a “servant leader”, and have fun.
