Duties include organizing work orders, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, grounds keeping, cleaning, trash pick-up, and much more! Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Certifications and experience a plus. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-6:00 and available nights and weekends when needed.
