Role Overview
As a Real Estate Wholesale Manager, you will be at the forefront of our wholesale operations, driving strategy, and leading a team of professionals to success. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development, with on-the-job training provided for those new to the industry.
Responsibilities- Wholesale Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize profitability and market share in wholesale real estate.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of real estate professionals, fostering collaboration and achieving sales targets through guidance and coaching.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify potential properties for wholesale transactions, staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with sellers and buyers, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and industry contacts, to expand our network of opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes for potential deals, ensuring accurate property assessments and compliance with regulations.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement systems to track and measure transaction performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate wholesaling, or a strong interest in the industry.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful deals.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and local regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in relevant real estate analysis software and tools.

Pay: Competitive salary range, commensurate with experience

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
