Bacon Wilson, P.C. is seeking experienced candidates for a full-time real estate paralegal position (both commercial and residential) in our Amherst office.
Prior legal experience handling real estate closings is required.
While prior experience with commercial and residential transactions and commercial and residential financing is preferred, transferable experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will be involved in document drafting and review, due diligence, title commitments and policies, and must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume, small-office atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.
